Ayrshire and Arran.Latest figures released this afternoon by the Scottish Government also reveal that a further three people have died from the deadly disease.Two of the deaths were reported in NHS Tayside and the other in NHS Lothian.According to Public Health Scotland's rolling seven-day infection rate per 100,000 population, Clackmannanshire's rate of 69.8 per cent was the highest in the country as of Wedneday, April 21.The second-highest was North Lanarkshire which has a rate of 58.3 while Glasgow City (48.6) had the third-highest rate.
