Prince William has assured the nation his grandfather Prince Philip “is okay” and confirmed doctors are “keeping an eye on him”.
The Duke of Edinburgh spent a sixth night in hospital last night after being admitted to the King Edward VII hospital for “rest as recuperation” last Tuesday.
William paid a visit a to vaccine centre this morning speaking to staff and volunteers. The Duke of Cambridge met staff and volunteers at the Kings Lynn Corn Exchange Vaccination Centre, Norfolk.
An onlooker said William said that if he could, he “would be front of the queue to have the jab just to show people how easy it was”, but reiterated that he was happy to wait his turn.
