The highly-anticipated memoir from the Duke of Sussex is reportedly set to have its release delayed, following the death of Queen Elizabeth II.

The book was slated for release later this year around Thanksgiving in the US and in the run-up to Christmas in the UK. However, royal author Tom Bower has now said it seems likely that the release will instead be pushed back until the new year.

Publishing House Penguin Random House are yet to announce a change in release, but a source close to the Sussexes has told The Telegraph that the couple have decided to postpone the release of the memoir as they enter a period of mourning.

Despite pressure from the public, there are currently no plans to pull the book from publication, with the manuscript, ghostwritten by American author JR Moehringer, finished some time ago.
