Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have reached a settlement with the paparazzi agency that they sued for taking photos of their son Archie at a private home.
Over the summer, the couple’s attorney announced that they were filing a lawsuit to “protect their young son’s right to privacy in their home.” Their attorney revealed on Friday (October 9) that a settlement was reached. “Over the summer, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex took action against intrusive and illegal paparazzi photos taken of their family at a private residence,” the lawyer told NBC News. “Today, the agency responsible for those photos—X17—apologized and agreed to a permanent injunction and reimbursement of a portion of legal fees.
