He said: "For members of the monarchy, including those who have chosen to step away like Prince Harry, this high level of security is essential. "The duke says he has been forced to keep visits to his home turf few and far between as his private security in the U.S.
don’t have adequate jurisdiction in Britain (i.e. access to necessary intelligence and the ability to arm themselves)."Last month, Harry won the first stage of his legal battle against the Home Office over security arrangements when he and wife Meghan are in the UK.Harry took action after he was not allowed to pay for police protection for him or his family while in north America.His lawyers have now been given permission for a full hearing to take place and to have a judge look over the Home Office's decision.And according to Mr Scobie, there can be only one just outcome.
