The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, who were already parents to two-year-old Archie Harrison, welcomed their second child, Lilibet "Lili" Diana Mountbatten-Windsor, last Friday (June 4) before announcing the news on Sunday.
Lilibet has been the Queen's nickname among her family members since she was a young child and also the name used by late husband Prince Philip.
Despite the nod to both his grandmother and late mother, the Princess of Wales who would have turned 60 this year, some have criticised Harry and Meghan for the move.
