Prince Charles and Camilla appeared on EastEnders in a special episode to celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee and one Walford resident saw praise from the royal guests.
Soap icon Danny Dyer welcomed the pair to Albert Square as they arrived to greet the actors as they threw a street party in honour of the monarch.
The EastEnders cast are in shock as they watch the royals park outside the Queen Vic and step outside to greet Mick and Linda Carter, played by Danny Dyer and Kellie Bright.
Mick greeted the special guests and welcomed them to Walford before they are introduced to more familiar faces.Charles meets Martin Fowler, played by James Bye, who happily explains the family history behind his market stall.Charles then said: “That’s the wonderful thing about London, all the different markets and stalls where people inherit them over the generations.”Charles then said: “That’s the wonderful thing about London, all the different markets and stalls where people inherit them over the generations.” He then went on to meet Frankie Lewis, who is played by Strictly Come Dancing star Rose Ayling-Ellis and said: “You lip read very well”.
