Additionally, several names on this list have major projects coming out over the next few months that will continue to expand diversity, inclusion and representation for the LGBTQ+ community.
While several of 2020’s honorees -- Billy Porter, Dan Levy, Lena Waithe and Lil Nas X -- are still very much part of the conversation this year and have made history on the charts or during awards season, we wanted to celebrate a whole new list of established performers (Kristen Stewart, Leslie Jordan), notable up-and-comers (Ariana DeBose), and auteurs of film and TV.
