Premier League chairman Gary Hoffman has hit out at EFL chief Rick Parry for his secret talks with Liverpool and Manchester United.
Hoffman has accused his counterpart of curtailing a bailout for the lower divisions as the top-flight continues to be at loggerheads with the lower divisions.
A working relationship between the Premier League and the EFL has been cast into doubt with Project Big Picture causing divides and Parry supposedly not engaging in negotiations regarding the proposed bailout.
The top flight chief stated the Premier League's bailout offer - an initial £20m grant to clubs in League One and Two with the possibility of a further £30m in loans to follow.
