PREGNANT Charlotte Crosby has been seen enjoying a final date with her boyfriend Jake after joking she feels "minutes away" from birth.

The Geordie Shore star took to her Instagram on Wednesday night as she and her boyfriend Jake Ankers headed to The Shard in London.

The couple - who are soon set to welcome their first baby - sat down for a swanky meal at Hutong for their "last date night" as a pair.

Charlotte, 32, and Jake got all dressed up for their final night out before becoming parents, posing for a number of snaps together.
