Police make further arrests after death of Oldham father-to-be Charlie Elms

For the latest Oldham news sign up to the MyOldham newsletter here Detectives investigating the death of a father-to-be from Oldham have made three further arrests.

Officers executed four warrants in the town and a fifth in Newton Heath early today (June 9), Charlie Elms, aged 25, died after suffering knife wounds in an incident on May 26.

A 32-year-old man, a 24-year-old woman, and a 17-year-old boy are being held on suspicion of assisting an offender. The boy has also been arrested on suspicion of violent disorder.
