A licensing hearing by Bolton Council took place to review the premises licence of The Waggon and Horses, Chorley Road, Westhoughton after licensing enforcement and police visited on two occasions in November last year.
The hearing, which took place on Thursday, July 29 was not held in public as video footage was due to be shown ‘which shows members of the public’.
