Proposals have been submitted to Tameside council to demolish a block of six flats on Heanor Avenue in Denton. Irwell Valley Homes aims to replace the building, and an area of open space around it with eight ‘affordable family dwellings’.
These proposed houses would be a mix of two and three bedroom, and split between semi-detached properties and a terrace of four dwellings.
