Plans for over 150 new homes have been submitted for an island in Trafford. It marks next stage in £1bn proposals from developers Peel L&P’s Manchester Waters development (previously referred to as Trafford Waters) and include 162 new homes for private rent across two apartment buildings at Pomona Island.
The proposed apartments sit within a wider masterplan for almost 3,000 new homes as part of the Manchester Waters development close to the Trafford Centre, which was approved by Trafford council back in 2018.
