Plans for an expansion to a Trafford primary school are due to be decided by the council tomorrow night. The council has itself applied for an expansion to Firs Primary School’s buildings, including building a standalone nursery on site, as well as a studio extension to the dining hall, a new two-storey classroom block to the south west corner of the existing building and formation of new car park just off Firs Road.
Council officers have recommended that the application is granted. The authority’s planning committee is due to discuss and decide on the application on the evening of Thursday October 14.
