And while impressed judges awarded him a commendable 24 points, Piers left his social media followers in shock by grudgingly agreeing that Dan had performed well. "Very disappointing dance by @mrdanwalker - I was hoping he'd be a lot worse than that… #Strictly," controversial broadcaster Piers tweeted to his fans.
