The Good Morning Britain host, 55, took to social media to show his distaste at Blue Peter legend Anthea Turner's lockdown 'business meeting' that reportedly saw her bring a hairdresser, masseuse and beautician to the gathering.
On Monday, Piers shared a tweet of Anthea's from February 11 when she had penned: "Sadly those of us who have genuinely tried to protect the NHS by looking after our bodies are paying the terrible price for those who have chosen lazy lifestyle choices." The tweet was in response to an article she had shared showing statistical evidence that obesity is a bigger killer in England and Scotland than smoking.
