The former Good Morning Britain host took to social media to out the troll, sharing his torrents of abuse in a series of screen shots and telling the man to “enjoy his day”.
Piers, 56, who is no stranger to voicing his own opinions on social media, named and shamed the critic to his eight million followers in the two screen grabs.
As well as showing the man’s Instagram profile picture and name, the TV presenter gave an insight into the series of messages he had been receiving from him.
