Susanna Victoria Reid (born 10 December 1970) is an English television presenter and journalist. Reid was a co-presenter of BBC Breakfast from 2003 until 2014, along with Bill Turnbull and Charlie Stayt.
She has been a co-anchor of Good Morning Britain since 2014, and currently presents the programme alongside Piers Morgan and Ben Shephard.
She finished as a runner-up on the eleventh series of Strictly Come Dancing in 2013. She also presented Sunday Morning Live on BBC and Save Money: Good Food on ITV.
Good Morning Britain host Piers Morgan was left super confused, as he and co-host Susanna Reid opened the show on Wednesday morning.
The host revealed he'd been told GMB was "hanging by a thread" seconds into them going on air. As the hosts and co-star Ranvir Singh laughed off the comments, Piers questioned if the ITV series was "being cancelled".
Piers soon explained the comments were heard in his ear, from behind-the-scenes. After welcoming viewers to the show, he quickly said he'd heard the voice of the show's director suddenly shouting things in his ear, including the comment about the show.
