Princess Diana lost her life in a car accident in Paris in August, 1997, and she never got to watch her son’s William and Harry grow up and have children of their own.

Diana is, in fact, a grandmother to five children now: Prince George, Princess Charlotte, Prince Louis, Archie and little Lilibet Diana.

July 1, 2021 marks the day the Princess would have turned 60 years old, after she passed away just aged 36. To mark her birthday, her sons Princes William and Harry are unveiling a statue in her honour.
