Phoebe Bridgers has been named in a $3.8 million defamation suit from record producer Chris Nelson, who said the musical artist damaged his reputation by accusing him of abuse, violence, theft and grooming last year.Nelson, in legal docs reviewed by TMZ, said that the Los Angeles native, 27, damaged his reputation and income after spreading falsehoods about him on her Instagram page in October 2020.The producer said in court docs that Bridgers and his ex-girlfriend were in a consensual sexual relationship around 2018, the outlet reported.
