Phillip Schofield
Phillip Bryan Schofield (born 1 April 1962) is an English television presenter who works for ITV. He is currently the co-presenter of This Morning (2002–present) and Dancing on Ice (2006–2014, 2018–present) alongside Holly Willoughby. His other work for ITV includes All Star Mr & Mrs (2008–2016), The Cube (2009–2015), and 5 Gold Rings (2017–present). Schofield gained national attention working for the BBC, first as a continuity presenter for Children's BBC on weekdays from 1985 to 1987, then as a presenter on the children's Saturday morning magazine show Going Live! between September 1987 and April 1993.

This Morning's Phillip Schofield once gave a character reference for a pal who pleaded guilty to revenge porn charges.The 60-year-old Dancing On Ice presenter gave support to his 29-year-old pal Ben Perryman but did not know what the reference was going to be used for, reports The Sun.After pleading guilty in 2018, Ben received a suspended 12-week jail term and a four-year restraining order to stay away from his revenge porn victim.READ NEXT: Phillip Schofield 'dumped from £1m We Buy Any Car deal' amid queue-jumping claimsThis came after Ben posted a naked image online of his revenge porn victim, which also saw him observe a curfew after admitting that he had intent to cause distress at Liverpool crown court.The paper reports that Ben's restraining order recently expired.This Morning - the show that Phillip works on - often speaks about revenge porn, and had in the past had guests who were victims.In 2015 and 2016 they discussed the topic in depth with interviewees and call-ins.Revenge porn sees explicit photos shared online without the subject's consent.Despite all of this, Phil and Ben have remained close pals and the pair recently enjoyed a slew of summer outings together.

The pair have enjoyed a bottle of bubbly in the garden, gone shopping for plants at a garden centre, and barbecued together beneath the sunshine.Ben's bio on Instagram hints that he has "grown" since his revenge porn charge.It reads: "Being capable of change is crucial to development There’s been moments I’m not proud of.
