But a marriage certificate obtained by The Sun shows that Cevey wed 31-year-old businessman Thomas Bates – 38 years younger than Collins – in Las Vegas this August.
The irate drummer now claims his ex-wife told him she was going to Sin City on a business trip - and will file an eviction lawsuit at court to force her out of his home in Miami, Florida.
