PETER Kay is returning to the stage for the first time in three years. The comedian, 48, will be performing two charity shows next month to raise money for Laura Nuttall, who has been battling terminal brain cancer for three years.
He was last seen on stage during a surprise appearance at a Car Share screening in 2018. The news was announced on his Twitter today, it read: "Peter Kay will be performing two very special live Q&A’s in aid of Laura Nuttall at Manchester O2 Apollo on 7th Aug 21.
Tickets go on sale on this Friday (30th July) at 9am" Brave Laura Nuttall is hoping to raise £80,000 for treatment which is not available on the NHS.
