Meghan, Duchess of Sussex (born Rachel Meghan Markle; August 4, 1981) is an American member of the British royal family and former actress.
Markle was raised in Los Angeles, California and has a mixed ethnic heritage. During her studies at Northwestern University, she began playing small roles in television series and films. From 2011 to 2017, she played Rachel Zane on the American legal drama Suits. She is an outspoken feminist and has addressed issues of gender inequality, and her lifestyle website The Tig featured a column profiling influential women. She represented international charity organizations and received recognition for her fashion and style, releasing a line of clothing in 2016.

Perth and Kinross libraries to reopen from May 11

Following the Scottish Government announcement on lockdown easing, preparations are underway to reintroduce some of the region’s libraries on a phased basis.From May 11 the AK Bell Library in Perth, Breadalbane Community Library in Aberfeldy, Auchterarder Library, Blairgowrie Library and Scone Library will reopen for visitors to borrow and return books.Strathearn Community Library in Crieff and Loch Leven Community Library in Kinross will reopen from Friday, May 14.
Also from May 11, the popular mobile library service, now in its 100th year, will once again be hitting the road and visiting local communities across Perth and Kinross.
