Britney Spears' father Jamie Spears is addressing some of the controversy over his daughter's conservatorship after the New York Times documentary Framing Britney Spears put her legal situation in the spotlight, admitting he'd 'love' to see Spears free from the arrangement.Spears' attorney Vivian Lee Thoreen spoke on behalf of Mr. Spears, 68, in a statement to CNN, saying hewould 'love nothing more than to see Britney not need a conservatorship' butthat is is up to his daughter, 39, to make that happen.'Whether or not there is an end to the conservatorship really depends on Britney.
