New clues unearthed as hunt for missing Ayrshire puppies continues
snatched from a farm in Galston on April 10 leaving their breeder and prospective owners devastated.But it was revealed on Tuesday that two pups had been returned to breeder Veronica Martin.Now as the hunt to trace the remaining brother and sister continues, new clues have been unearthed by Ms Martin.The breeder, who has reared pups for 35 years, thinks that the dogs could have links to Glasgow and Larkhall.In a post on Facebook last night, Ms Martin said that the puppies that were retrieved were after appearing on a Gumtree advert.It's understood that thieves are looking for a hefty payday and are charging around £2,000 per pup.Ms Martin posted: "Black dog puppy, black bitch puppy (few white hairs on chest).
