West Ham legend Tony Cottee axed from Sky Sports' Soccer Saturday after 20 years
West Ham United striker Tony Cottee has been axed by Sky Sports ahead of the new season after 20 years of service.Cottee, who also played for Everton and Leicester City in the ‘80s and ‘90s, took to Twitter to announce that the broadcaster had on Monday let him go from the Soccer Saturday programme.The decision follows a number of changes made by Sky Sports to their punditry team over the last year after long-time servants Matt Le Tissier, Phil Thompson and Charlie Nicholas were also axed.But Sky have now ruthlessly dropped another fan favourite in a move to freshen things up.Cottee Tweeted: “After 20 years @SkySports, today I was told that I will no longer be on the Soccer Saturday show.“I’ve got fantastic memories and had lots of laughs
