He’s had his ears cut into bat shapes.Renato De Santa, 41, a tattoo artist from Brazil, has made it his life’s mission to achieve a “demon” look.He even hit headlines last year after showing that he’d had the flesh around his mouth peeled back.Plus, he’s had his eyeballs tattooed black and his tongue split in two like a snake.Now, he’s taken it to the next strange level by turning himself into a real-life Batman.But, while he knows his look is extreme, Renato insists that women find his sexy rather than scary.And, many apparently have a fetish for his bizarre body modifications.The tattoo artist said: “[My modifications] don’t interfere negatively in my love life, because I surround myself with people who are adept to my culture.“Nowadays, there is still prejudice and sometimes I get offensive messages on the internet."But that doesn’t worry me.”Renato began altering his body in 1996 eventually setting up his own studio.Now, he claims 65% of his skin is covered in ink and body modifications and he’s spent around $15,000 (£11,509) achieving the look.The budding rapper has also had the number 666 cut into the side of his head alongside horned implants as a protest against the church.He added: "I started to modify my body with the intention of externalising the art that I have in my spirit."So far I've spent in the range of $15,000 with all the modifications, not counting what I've already spent on tattoos and piercings that I no longer have."My last procedure was the cuts in my ear to leave it in the shape of a bat ear."The most painful modification is between the cut tongue and the
