Pair of rural village pharmacies sold to first-time buyers
Join thousands of others in getting the stories that matter to you sent straight to your inbox.Two popular west Stirlingshire pharmacies have been sold to separate first-time buyers.The two pharmacies - trading as Killearn Pharmacy and Balfron Pharmacy – are community pharmacies with a combined dispensing total of around 9,200 items per month.Both are the sole pharmacies in their respective villages and lie close to community surgeries.Killearn Pharmacy and Balfron Pharmacy were previously owned by brothers Patrick and Niall Corry who decided to sell to concentrate on their pharmacies in Northern Ireland.Patrick said: “We were delighted to sell both pharmacies to two first-time buyers, giving someone the chance to own their own pharmacy in
