bar bosses for 'throwing him out' of a Wetherspoon pub after coming in with his guide dog.Keith Valentine said it was like 'a punch in the guts' being told to leave the boozer with his wife Carolyn and dog Dottie. And he claimed staff had accused him of trying to sneak in with the animal through a fire escape- and had 'contempt' for his disability. The 53-year-old has suffered from a degenerative condition since age 11 and was registered blind 20 years ago.Keith told Hull Live of the ordeal at the Royal Victoria Pavilion Wetherspoon's pub in Ramsgate, Kent, at around 1pm on Saturday.Wetherspoons have put the incident down to a 'misunderstanding' and confirmed guide dogs were permitted. But Keith said he and his wife were 'extremely shaken up'
