Paisley dad has thanked firefighters for their quick action that prevented his home from being engulfed in flames from a wildfire.Jonatan Schmidt was sitting at home in Green Road with his wife Heather and son Zack, when he quickly realised his garden was full of thick smoke and ash.The 28-year-old raced outside with concerned neighbours, who quickly realised the blaze was coming from the nearby cycle track just metres from his home.Within minutes, the inferno had spread to the top of the hill as residents frantically waited for emergency services.It took firefighters just minutes to arrive on the scene on Monday night, and they managed to quickly get the fire under control.Photographer Jonatan, who owns Schmidt Studios, grabbed his camera
