New Yorker writer and CNN legal analyst Jeffrey Toobin has been suspended from theCondé Nast publication pending an investigation, a spokesperson tells The Hollywood Reporter. At the same time, Toobin will also step back from his on-air role at the cable news channel, with a CNN spokesperson saying, “Jeff Toobin has asked for some time off while he deals with a personal issue, which we have granted.” The suspension comes after Toobin reportedly exposed himself during a Zoom meeting among members of The New Yorker's staff and the public radio station WNYC.
