St Mirren seal double deal as Rangers youngster and academy graduate sign up
St Mirren have pulled off a double deal by convincing young prospects Jay Henderson and Daniel Finlayson to stay in Paisley.The Buddies announced yesterday that Academy product Henderson, who made his full debut against Ross County on Wednesday night, has agreed a new contract that sees the 19-year-old tied to the club until the summer of 2023.And Jim Goodwin told Express Sport that on-loan Finlayson, who got his first minutes for the Saints in Dingwall as a late substitute, will also be here next season after agreeing an option to move from parent club Rangers.Goodwin said: “Jay thoroughly deserves his new contract and he’s one we’re really excited about.“He has trained brilliantly and he has given some of our experienced defenders a real
