Derek McInnes slams Aberdeen Eight critics' double standards as he echoes Neil Lennon stance
Aberdeen Eight more heat than others.Dons stars were hammered after they first broke the household ruling by going for a meal and then into a city centre pub.They were condemned by everyone from the First Minister Nicola Sturgeon down but earlier this week Rangers were praised by the Scottish Government for taking swift action against Jordan Jones and George Edmundson after they also disregarded the two household ruling.Neil Lennon accused Holyrood chiefs of double standards and now McInnes has echoed his Celtic counterpart.The Aberdeen boss said: “While we were wrong at the time and rightly criticised, I haven’t seen the same condemnation that was aimed towards us right across the board for anybody else.
