After watching Pep Guardiola and his star-studded table-toppers beat ten-man Wolves at the Etihad Stadium, Thomas Tuchel's side conjured up some late drama to earn three points against Leeds United.
Chelsea twice found themselves behind in that match, before Jorginho clinched a 3-2 win from the penalty spot deep into additional time.
Mason Mount was also on target after an earlier penalty from Jorginho as well. It's a result which sees Chelsea keep pace with City and Liverpool — with only two points separating the top three 16 games into this exciting Premier League season.
