That is according to reports in Spain, with El Nacional claiming that the City boss — who will be hoping to see his side maintain their winning run against West Ham on Sunday — would like to lure the 19-year-old to England in exchange for Raheem Sterling going the other way.
Sterling scored in City's 2-1 win over Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League on Wednesday, but has been closely linked with an exit from the Etihad Stadium in recent weeks and Barcelona have been central to the speculation.
