ITV show For the Love of Dogs was yanked off air last week. The final episode of the series, which sees Paul head to Battersea Dogs and Cats Home to help a variety of precious pooches find their forever homes, was meant to air on Thursday (March 3).But in a move by channel bosses, the adorable pet programme was replaced by the FA Cup match which saw Everton battle it out against Boreham Wood. This is the ninth series of his iconic show, which began back in 2012 - and it’s fair to say presenter Paul wasn’t happy about the news. And he was left baffled by the new air date for the programme, which has seen it put back to Sunday March 13 - more than a week after it was supposed to hit TV screens.Taking to Instagram on Thursday, Paul shared an adorable snap of his pooch Nancy when he initially brought her home from Battersea. The tiny pup sat on her dad’s knee and looked balefully at the camera, as Paul explained in the caption: "Rescue is best.
