Paul Merson has blasted Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer for his substitutions during the club's defeat to Young Boys in the Champions League.
United took the lead thanks to Cristiano Ronaldo's third goal in two games since returning to the club, before Aaron Wan-Bissaka received a straight red card for an over the top challenge after just 35 minutes.

After the red card, Solskjaer brought off Jadon Sancho to bring on Diogo Dalot at right-back before bringing on Raphael Varane at half-time in place of Donny Van de Beek as he changed to a more defensive shape.
