Former Manchester United defender Patrice Evra has accused Liverpool fans of a lack of "respect and class". Evra, 39, made the comments while sharing the letter of apology he had received from then- Liverpool CEO Peter Moore in 2019.
The letter was in reference to an incident with Luis Suarez in 2011, when the Uruguayan - then a Liverpool player - was found guilty of using racist language towards Evra by the Football Association.
In the aftermath of the event, Liverpool players and staff warmed up for a match wearing T-shirts in support of Suarez - something many, including captain Jordan Henderson, now admit regret over.
