The 46-year-old star of the Channel 5 show has nine children with her husband Clive; Annas, Violet, Edith, Raven, Clemmie, Nancy, Reuben, Miles, and Sidney.
Having so many children has provided Amanda with a whole host of birthing stories to share, including the fact that she gave birth alone when in labour with her eighth child, Clemmie.
She revealed during an interview on This Morning: "I put the kettle on, stoked up the fire and basically had her in front of the fire with just a terrier as a birthing partner, which is perfect." She added that Clive, 67, wasn't too fussed about being at the birth as he had.
