He was transferred to the Norwich and Norfolk University Hospital from Bure Prison, near Norwich, where he was serving his sentence.
A source said: "He won't be missed. He was the leader of a truly vile organisation." Evil Freeman led the Paedophile Information Exchange, which campaigned to get rid of the age of consent.
