OLIVIA Attwood has defended getting her new dog Lola from Romania following the backlash over designer puppies being imported from Russia.
The likes of Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury were slammed last year for their decision on bringing a pooch into the UK from overseas.
After a fan questioned her decision about Lola, the Love Islander explained her thought process behind her choice to adopt the adorable pup.
She told her 1.9m followers: "Sooo this question.. why adopt a dog from abroad?! And my answer is.. why not! "Every single dog deserves a loving home and a chance where they had the misfortune of being born.
