Ole Gunnar Solskjaer confirmed Edinson Cavani is closing in on a return to first-team action in a triple-thronged Man United injury update.
Cavani went off injured in United's 1-1 draw with West Brom last month and has missed the last four matches with a muscular injury.But in his latest update, Solskjaer confirmed the 34-year-old had resumed training and is in contention for the trip to Crystal Palace.The United boss also offered an update on Phil Jones, who hasn't been seen in a Red Devils shirt since January 2020, and Paul Pogba, who last featured at the start of February against Everton.
