Former maths tutor Afruz Miah, 48, has taken on the challenge of running the 'Around the UK in 8 Days' campaign, which is a half marathon in eight cities.
Kicking off on 30th October in Edinburgh, the campaign will see Afruz run in Glasgow, Newcastle, Leicester, Manchester, Birmingham and Cardiff, before finishing in London.
