Historic tweets posted on Noel Clarke's account have resurfaced in the aftermath of his misconduct row and they appear to paint a grim picture of his views on women.
The actor's BAFTA membership was suspended by yesterday and the organisation also shelved his recent Outstanding British Contribution to Cinema Award following numerous sexual harassment and bullying allegations made in a Guardian report.
Clarke, 45, has denied allegations made by 20 women through his lawyer. The claims included sexual harassment, unwanted touching or groping, sexually inappropriate behaviour and comments on set, professional misconduct, taking and sharing sexually explicit pictures and videos without consent, and bullying between 2004 and 2019.
