Mancunians have been urged to get jabbed ahead of Christmas - with 'no queues' at a city centre walk-in clinic. The vaccination centre at Manchester Town Hall is open until 7pm tonight (December 23) and is offering first, second and booster jabs of the pfizer vaccine.
Last week, people hoping to be vaccinated were turned away as there were not enough jabs to meet the surge in demand. The clinic was set up after Prime Minister Boris Johnson addressed the nation, urging people to get booster jabs to halt the rise of the Omicron variant.
