Newsom Order Puts Los Angeles & All Of Southern California Under Drought Emergency

deadline.comGovernor Gavin Newsom declared a drought emergency in Los Angeles County late this afternoon, as well as in Orange, Riverside, San Diego, San Bernardino, Ventura, Imperial and San Francisco Counties.
