New DWP benefit payment rates this week including PIP, State Pension, Universal Credit and more

Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) recently confirmed an increase of 0.5 per cent. The start of the new financial year on Tuesday, April 6 brought with it amendments to benefit payments delivered by the DWP.

These include Universal Credit, Personal Independence Payment (PIP), State Pension and legacy benefits such as Jobseekers Allowance, Disability Living Allowance (DLA), Employment and Support Allowance (ESA), Income Support and Housing Benefit.
