Behind him, Dahmer locks the door and closes in on the man, and while his murder isn’t shown, it’s heavily implied.Much of the rest of the trailer is based around Dahmer’s neighbour trying to get to the bottom of what’s going on next door.

She asks Dahmer why his apartment smells and why he runs power tools at all hours. “I hear screaming coming from your apartment,” she says.In the show, Dahmer brings her a sandwich as an apology gift that appears to have some kind of meat on it - likely to be 'human’ - as the killer at some point was known to dabble in cannibalism.

Netflix previously released two images of Evan playing Jeffrey ahead of the limited series’ release. The shots show the actor in the role of the infamous serial killer donning glasses with a striped retro polo shirt with a belt and blue jeans. The real-life serial killer was murdered for the first time when he was just 18 and only three weeks after graduating from high school. His killing spree lasted for many decades before he was finally caught.
